MANHATTAN ROOM
The largest room of the Upper House, showcasing a private entrance and home of the Chicago Bar, boasting state of the art audio visual capabilities that can host live music. Adjoined by the atrium and outdoor courtyard, offering natural light and ambiance; this venue is ideal for up to 200 guests for a cocktail event, or 120 guests for a seated event.
MENZIES ROOM
The original private space recreated to be intimate and exclusive, flowing out to the outdoor Terrace Courtyard and Atrium. This venue is ideal for up to 60 guests for a cocktail event, or 40 guests for a seated event.
BEADMAN ROOM
Our most intimate private room that is perfect for exclusive dinners, parties and small soirees. This venue is ideal for up to 40 guests for a cocktail event, or 24 guests for a seated event.
ATRIUM & TERRACE COURTYARD
All event spaces flow out into the Atrium and outdoor Terrace Courtyard, with its two towering Japanese Maple trees. This hidden gem is a shared area for our Upper House private events.
