Executive Chef Wayne has created a shared menu inspired by the traditional flavours of Christmas, designed to be enjoyed the way great meals always are… together.

Sourdough bread, shallot butter

Grilled salmon skewer, capsicum and onion jam

Steamed prawn dumpling, confit tomato, basil

Buffalo mozzarella, citrus, verjus dressing 

Glazed  Christmas ham, spiced port jus

Pistachio stuffed roast turkey, cranberry jus

Roast potato, rosemary sea salt

Roast baby carrots, toasted almonds

Warm Christmas pudding, custard, fig ice cream
