Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be dinner for two or another quiet night at home.
This year we’re hosting speed dating on Valentine’s Day upstairs at The Upperhouse — a relaxed, social way for singles 30–45 from Queanbeyan and Canberra to enjoy a night out.

The night will start with a drink and getting to know everyone before the speed dating begins. Our speed dating will be short, easy rounds that help you meet a mix of new people without the usual pressure or awkwardness.

After the chats wrap up, we’ll serve dinner, because sharing a meal always makes a night feel more enjoyable. You might click with someone. You might discover a connection you didn’t expect. Or you might just enjoy the chance to meet new people on Valentine’s Day in Queanbeyan instead of being at home wishing the night away.

Whatever unfolds, you’ll have a night out with good food, an easy atmosphere and people who turned up for the same reason you did — to see where a simple conversation can go… Who knows, you might meet the one and start your happily ever after.
