For this Sunday Table Lunch, Hevi joins Executive Chef Wayne to share the family recipes she grew up with and the flavours that remind her of home.
Originally from West Kalimantan, Hevi learnt these dishes from her mother through years spent side by side in the kitchen. These are the meals she craves when she’s away. Food tied to home, family and tradition.
Hevi will be teaching Wayne how to cook the recipes and they will cook them together for this Sunday Table. The menu they have created together will be served to you for a shared-style menu served in The Upperhouse Manhattan Room.
Wayne tried Hevi’s Rendang and from that moment this event was born. Put simply it’s the best rendang he has had.

Wine Pairing $45 per person: Add matched wines selected to complement each course of Sunday Table, featuring Nick O’Leary Riesling, Oscar’s Folly Pinot Noir and Long Rail Gully Pinot Gris. Available to add when booking your tickets online.
