Get ready to dust off your ugliest Christmas jumper — Tapas & Cocktails is back with a festive twist and you’re on the invite list.

Join us on Friday 25 July for a night of cheeky midyear fun, tapas menu, winter cocktails and tunes in our beautiful Manhattan Room.

Executive Chef Wayne has created a Christmas-inspired tapas menu:

Freshly shucked oysters with Wild Brumby sour apple and pine needle mignonette

Baked camembert with honey, cranberry jam, baguette

Queensland tiger prawn sliders, cocktail sauce

Christmas ham and local truffle vol au vents

Poached meringue with vanilla custard, cherries

We’ve teamed up with Wild Brumby to serve up festive schnapps cocktails and schnapps, plus mulled wine and all your bar favourites.

A DJ will be setting the vibe from 6pm, and there’s a prize for the worst (aka ugliest) Christmas jumper, so dress to impress… or distress.
